i tried placing an order on Dxbsupps, but the payment options threw me off.
i was expecting the usual stuff like paypal or at least a few more clear card options, but checkout felt limited and a bit confusing. it made me pause instead of just finishing the order.

for an online store, payment should be simple and easy. i ended up leaving without buying anything, so it’s a 1 star from me

"Customer service never got back to me properly"
From what I remember, the whole experience with dxbsupps.com was disappointing. I reached out to customer service about my order and waited days without getting any proper response, which made it feel like no one was really checking or bothered.

I’m usually fine with waiting a bit if someone keeps me updated, but I had to keep chasing and still didn’t get anywhere. Based on how it went, I wouldn’t order from them again...

"Freshness was just okay"
I ordered from dxbsupps.com and the delivery went fine, no real issues there. But the product itself didn’t seem as fresh as I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, and I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of returning it, but it had that slightly older vibe to it. Taste was still okay and it’s usable, so I’m not making a huge deal out of it. I just don’t always trust the polished “premium quality” type wording companies put everywhere. Next time I’d definitely check the dates before opening it.

I did get my order in the end, but the delivery took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I kind of wish I’d planned ahead or ordered earlier. Overall it was okay, just slower than I hoped.

I saw the promo and thought, okay, nice little deal — I was already checking out anyway, so perfect timing. But then I put in the code, looked back at the total, and… nothing changed. I even paused for a second like maybe I missed something or the discount shows up later, but nope, same price at checkout

I ordered from dxbsupps.com the taste was really not for me. It had this strange chemical aftertaste that I couldn’t get past, and I barely managed to finish one serving. I tried adding more water and even mixing it with milk, but it still tasted bad. Also, I’m a bit suspicious about the final cost because it felt like there may have been some extra fee I didn’t notice clearly at checkout. It felt overpriced for what I actually got. I’ve seen similar stuff on other sites for less, so the whole time I was kind of wondering why I paid that much... Nothing about the order really made the price feel justified. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the prices came way down

I tried placing an order on dxbsupps.com and the checkout kept throwing errors after I had already filled everything out. I had to re-enter my address and card details more than once, which was so frustrating. Like, make it make sense.
Then the page just sat there loading forever, and I couldn’t even tell if my order actually went through or not. At that point I was over it and just gave up. Definitely not a smooth experience.

I don’t know if it’s just the times I’m checking or what, but pretty much nothing is ever available. Kind of frustrating when you’re trying to grab something and it’s always out of stock.

"My order got mixed up"
I ordered a few supplements from Dxbsupps and, to be fair, the delivery showed up on time. But when I opened the package, the order wasn’t correct, which was frustrating.

One item was missing, and another product wasn’t the one I selected. It wasn’t the end of the world, but still, I already paid for what I chose, so I was kind of like, why is this so complicated?

Customer support did reply eventually, but it took some back and forth to sort things out. Maybe I just had bad luck, but they definitely need to improve how accurately they pack orders.
